Teaching assistants and Ph.D. candidates may borrow equipment for classroom instruction, but must present a letter from their department confirming the academic purpose and taking responsibility for the equipment before any equipment will be released.

The Audio Visual Service Counter is located in Room 104 of the Javits Lecture Center.

Fall and spring semester hours
(Mon. - Thurs. 8 a.m. - 10 p.m./Fri. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Summer session hours
(Mon. - Thurs. 9 a.m. - 9:30 p.m./Fri. 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. by appointment only)

Winter session hours
(Mon. 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. by appointment only/Tues. - Fri. 9 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.)

Default hours when classes are not in session are Mon. - Fri. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Closed December 24 - January 1

Schedule note: Upon changes to the University calendar or emergency class cancellations (snow, disaster, etc), the Audio Visual Service Counter closes one half hour after the end of the last scheduled class. Outstanding equipment loans for that day are expected to be returned by that time.
