Drop-in Service

The Client Support Student Service Center (SSC) can assist users with network connectivity, registration, virus/spyware removal, Microsoft Office installs/upgrades, and operating system repairs. All registered students are eligible to drop off their personal desktop/laptop at the SSC, located on the fifth floor of the Frank Melville Jr. Memorial Library, Room S-5410, Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Students can also receive assistance with Blackboard, e-mail, NetID and more at SINC sites.

Classroom Training

Classroom Training Sessions are led by professional trainers and allow users to practice using University-specific exercises.

Many classroom training sessions are held in the DoIT Training Facility
