SelectSurvey is a Web-based survey application available for faculty and staff on West Campus to enable the collection of data relating to the business or academic needs of the campus. View a demo to see what it can do.
Anyone can take a survey created in SelectSurvey. Faculty and staff on West Campus who want to become a survey "creator" must submit the SelectSurvey online request form. Once access is granted, you will be notified via e-mail and asked to sign in to SelectSurvey using your NetID and NetID password.
Students can use SharePoint to create their surveys. East Campus users can direct their survey-related questions to 4-HELP.
SelectSurvey is hosted on servers at Stony Brook University and allows for easy creation, deployment, and tracking of surveys and survey results.
